As a strong leader in the field, the graduate will demonstrate creativity and innovation based on solid ethical, scientific, technological and humanistic foundations. Skilled in the handling of techniques, methods, norms and instruments used in ancestral and avant-garde Mexican cuisine, the graduate will hold a strategic and visionary approach towards entrepreneurship in the food and beverage sector and the food industry that contributes to global and local sustainable development.
