OBJETIVE
Provide support and advice to establish institutional priorities regarding the development of their substantive and adjective functions.
FUNTIONS
The Coordinación de Planeación del Centro Universitario de La Costa, is the entitie in charge of:
I. Guide in the preparation and execution of the Center's Development Program;
II. Advise the entities that make up the Center on standards, procedures and instruments necessary for planning, budgeting and evaluation tasks;
III. Integrate the Annual Operational Programs of the corresponding instances, and consequently prepare the project of the Development Program of the University Center;
IV. Follow up on the terms of the regulations applicable to the execution of the Center's Development Program;
V. Integrate the evaluation reports of the collegiate and personal bodies of the Center and formulate, accordingly, the draft annual report of the Rectorate of the Center;
VI. Integrate, update and disseminate the Center's basic statistics;
VII. Propose development policies for the Center consistent with the economic, social and cultural needs of the environment;
VIII. Promote the adaptation of the administrative structure to the requirements of the academic organization of the Center;
IX. Propose policies, strategies and institutional evaluation criteria at the Center;
X. Promote congruence between the Operational Programs of the Center's instances and the authorized budgets;
XI. Coordinate the preparation of organization manuals and procedures necessary for the operation of the Center; and
XII. The others determined by university regulations.
